Who we are

TenMeters (tenmeters.com) is operated by VRA2Z AI Solutions, Hyderabad, India. By using TenMeters you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Using TenMeters

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
• Don’t post or ask for anything illegal, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing, and don’t use someone’s name in RJ Mix to mock or hurt them.
• Don’t try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around its limits.
• We may remove content, limit features or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

RJ Mix songs and paid packs

• Songs, lyrics, voices and TenMeters Local News bulletins are generated automatically by AI. They may contain mistakes. News bulletins summarise public headlines and name their sources; they are not professional advice.
• A song pack adds the stated number of songs to the Google account you signed in with. One song is used each time a song is made successfully. If making a song fails, the song is returned to your balance.
• You may play, download and share the songs you make for personal, non-commercial use, such as greetings to friends and family.
• Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases; packs you have already bought are not affected.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you also accept Razorpay’s terms. We do not receive or store your card, bank or UPI details.

No guarantees

TenMeters is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
