Song packs

• As soon as your payment succeeds, the songs are added to your account and your new balance appears in RJ Mix, usually within a few seconds.
• Each song is made in the app when you ask for it, usually in about a minute, and can be played, shared and saved straight away.
• There is no physical product, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

If something doesn’t arrive

If your songs don’t appear within 10 minutes of paying, contact us and we will fix it or refund you, as described in the Refund Policy.
